I’m Matheus Teixeira. I live in Rio de Janeiro, where I design the future.

I’ve always been fascinated by how things work and how I could make them better. When I was 12, I built my first website, a simple homepage that featured my favorite games and facts about outer space. It wasn’t much, but it sparked a passion for creating things that people could interact with.

Growing up, I was the go-to person for fixing computers, setting up Wi-Fi networks, or figuring out why the printer wasn’t working (spoiler: it was usually out of ink). My curiosity for technology quickly turned into a love for problem-solving, which led me to pursue a career in software development.

Over the past 4 years, I’ve worked on everything from user-friendly web applications in the healthtech industry to scalable SaaS platforms powered by modern technologies like React.js, Node.js, Kafka, AWS, and microservices architecture. One of my favorite achievements was helping a healthtech company streamline their appointment scheduling process, making it more accessible for users and cutting operational costs in the process.

Today, I’m a software developer and system architect who’s passionate about creating solutions that not only solve complex business challenges but also make life easier for users. I’m currently enrolled in the Tech Lead Program at TechLeads.club, sharpening my skills in leadership, communication, and management to become a better mentor and team player.

When I’m not writing code or architecting systems, you’ll probably find me reading about system design, exploring new technologies, or sharing insights on my blog. My goal is to keep learning, building, and helping others grow—one line of code at a time.
